Hey Reader Ever notice how in Star Wars, the best scenes aren’t the peaceful ones? (I was listening to 'Good Bad Billionaire' on BBC Sounds on Saturday about George Lucas and now can't get Star Wars out of my head! ;-) Same goes for teamwork. Real collaboration isn’t a group hug: it’s friction with purpose. That’s clarity being built in real time.
